November is
always a good month to focus on gratitude. When we stay focused on
gratitude it is difficult to give energy to our stress at the same time.
If you have
difficulty finding things to be grateful for, start simple with the basics
like being alive, the ability to take a deep breath, the ability to take
action to manage the stress that occurs in your life, etc.
Taking time each
day to focus and meditate on your gratitude is a wonderful way to focus on
the positives and begin to diminish the negatives.
