Focus your attention
this month on the four elements for managing stress. The elements are air,
earth, water and fire.
First, breathe in
the air deeply and exhale completely frequently throughout the day. Take time to
do some grounding, you may even want to go get barefoot on the earth.
Drink lots of water. And last, watch a fire or burn a candle and get in
touch with your power to heal yourself and manage your stress effectively.
